Amidst the global pandemic, Santos Land Development Corporation never stops giving thanks and paying tributes to all the Sales people, Brokers and Sales persons alike, who stayed with the company up to this day.

Via Facebook live, successfully, the 2nd quarter recognition was held. It was aired last July 29, 2021, Thursday, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Ms. Neslyn Ruta of Davao Property Solutions was honored as the Top Sales Exective together with Ms. Maria Teresita Minor honored as the Top Sales Manager; and Mr. Anthony Gerard Leuterio of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage was honored as the Top Sales Director for the horizontal subdivision. In vertical subdivision, Mr. Jude Vincent Madelo of Apolonio and Geonzon Realty and Brokerage Co. was honored as the Top Sales Executive together with Ms. Gemma Asumna Lagria as the Top Sales Manager and Ms. Aida Bario of Laidball Realty was honored as the Top Sales Director.

Last October 22, 2021, Friday, the 3rd quarter recognition was held in concurrence with the golden anniversary of Santos Land Development Corporation. We celebrate five decades of Commitment, Resilience, Excellence, Enterprising, Attitude of Integrity, and Taking the Lead in the field of real estate industry. Many viewers have witnessed and joined the virtual activity conducted by SLDC Sales and Marketing Department. For the 3rd quarter in the horizontal subdivision, Ms. Cherry An Bohol of Pinoy Estate Realty was honored as the Top Sales Executive, Mr. Gilbert Monecillo of Leuterio and Realty Brokerage was honored as the Top Sales Manager and from the Morada Realty Mr. Jose Jerome Morada was honored as the Top Sales Director. For the vertical subdivision we honored the following Sales producers: Ms. Janine Princess Romero - Top Sales Executive, Romero Realty, Ms. Maria Cresilda Rempohito - Top Sales Manager, Rempohito Realty, and Ms. Geneve Irene Rempohito - Top Sales Director, Rempohito Realty.

During our 50th year founding Anniversary, we honored the 5 longest staying Sales Agents for their support, dedicated service and commitment to achieve the goals and objectives of the company. We awarded the Golden Loyalty to           Ms. Charito Torefiel, Ms. Alberta Daroy, Ms. Merilyn Luy, Ms. Myra Palmera, and           Ms. Jocelyn Gempesao. With the same fervor we also honored and recognized the effort of the Top Sales Performers within the last 50 years with the Golden Producers Award. The awardees in this category are Ms. Carolyn Medel, Ms. Estela Aguilos, Ms. Aimee Maturan, Mr. Fernan Maturan, and Mr. Anthony Gerard Lueuterio.

It was indeed, a Friday to remember with the on-line performances of the special guests; and the giving away of prizes on the Enveluck and on mix and win games. The pandemic did not prevent Santos Land from giving appreciation to all its sales force who stayed with the company for the first 50 years of its business operations. Santos Land Development Corporation has become bold and gold at 50.
