Building a condominium is one of the many dreams of Santos Land for quite some time. The project was launch in 2017 with a projection to finish it in three years. However, the project completion was disrupted by the COVID pandemic that came in 2019 which lasted for almost 3 years. it is the very reason why the project turnover was delayed.

But last June 6, 2024, Ivory Residences made a significant milestone as we started the very first turnover of a condo unit to our buyer. That event was both successful and memorable. For us, it was not just a simple handover of the keys to the buyer but it was a celebration of success for the great effort, hard work and dedication of the people behind of the project. It was a realization of a dream for SLDC to build a community of happy and satisfied people in vertical subdivision and for our buyers to realize their dream of one day owning one. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement with photographs that seemed to announce a new beginning and promise for a better tomorrow creating sweet and happy memories.
