ONE (1) SITE MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Ø  Mechanical Engineering graduate preferably PRC licensed

Ø  Good knowledge in Mechanical Codes and Standards

Ø  Knowledgeable in Engineering Construction techniques and latest technologies

Ø  At least two(2) years’ experience in building construction as Mechanical Site Engineer

Ø  With exposure on Site Management/Project Management including Quality, Safety and Environmental Management

Ø  Must know how to use AutoCAD

Ø  Must possess supervisory skills in overseeing building works, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines.

Ø  Proficient in interpreting drawing plans and details

 

ONE (1) MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Ø  Good knowledge in Phil. Electrical Code & Standards

Ø  Knowledgeable in engineering constructions techniques and latest technologies

Ø  At least two(2) years’ experience in building construction as Site Electrical Engineer

Ø  With exposure on site management/project management including quality, safety and environmental management

Ø  Must know how to use AutoCAD

Ø  Must possess supervisory skills in overseeing building works, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines.

Ø  Experience in multi-trade site inspection and surveillance

Ø  Proficient in interpreting drawing plans and details

 

ONE (1) COST ESTIMATOR-ME

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed not required)

Ø  Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

Ø  Knowledgeable in Cost Estimation in Construction

Ø  At least one (1) year experience in construction preferably in quantity take offs

Ø  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Ø  Able to read drawing plans and keen to details.

 

ONE (1) SITE NURSE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferably PRC licensed)

Ø  At least one (1) year experience in the related field is required for this position

Ø  Experience/Knowledgeable in First Aid, Critical Medical Thinking, good communication and organizations skills

Ø  With BOSH training is an advantage

Ø  With good interpersonal skills

Ø  Good physical condition and physique

 

One (1) ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

            Qualifications:

Ø  Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Ø  Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Ø  With more the 2 (two) year working experience in Accounting.

Ø  Substantial experience in handling BIR, SEC and BOI related transactions is an advantage.

Ø  Knowledge in using SAP or other Accounting Program is an advantage

Ø  Can work with minimal supervision

 

One (1) PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor degree in Accounting or any Accounting related course

Ø  At least six (6) months experience in Payroll related course

Ø  At least six (6) months experience in Compliance (BIR,SEC) related functions

Ø  Experience in SAP Business One is an advantage but not required

Ø  Computer literate

Ø  Able to prioritize work

Ø  Able to work well within a team

Ø  Possesses high attention to detail

Ø  Able to work with minimal supervision

Ø  Possesses well-developed communication skills

Ø  Receptive to trainings and exhibits willingness to learn

 

 

ONE (1) LAND SURVEYOR

 

            Qualifications:

Ø  Degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering (LICENSED)

Ø  1-3 years’ experience in horizontal and vertical survey

Ø  Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD and MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)

Ø  Know how to use RTK and total station

Ø  Knowledgeable in using survey instruments/equipment

Ø  With Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Ø  Willingness to work on a flexible time with occasional overtime when needed.

 

 

ONE (1|) PAINTER

Qualifications:

Ø  High School Diploma/Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate

Ø  At least one (1) year proven experience as Painter

Ø  Able to work well within a team

Ø  Able to work with minimal supervision

 

THREE (3) DUMP-TRUCK DRIVER(S)

Qualifications:

Ø  High School graduate or Technical Course

Ø  Knowledgeable in DOT rules and regulations

Ø  With professional driver’s restriction 1, 2, 3 & 8 license holder.

Ø  General knowledge of truck maintenance

Ø  Five (5) years’ experience in related field

Ø  Experience in hauling of earth fill or construction

Ø  Good interpersonal skills

Ø  Perform basic preventive maintenance

 

TWO (2) COST ESTIMATOR

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed not required)

Ø  Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

Ø  Knowledgeable in Cost Estimation in Construction

Ø  At least one (1) year experience in construction preferably in quantity take offs

Ø  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Ø  Able to read drawing plans and keen to details.
