ONE (1) STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

Ø  Preferably Business Management/Economics or Statistics Degree

Ø  Knowledgeable in Strategic Management/Business Management

Ø  Knowledgeable in SWOT Matrix; IFE;EFE and other strategic management tool

Ø  Data Analytics

Ø  At least one (1) year experience in Research and Business Planning/Strategic Planning

Ø  With excellent research skills

Ø  Well verse in oral and written communication

 

ONE (1) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

Ø  Preferably Accountancy or Accounting Technology graduate

Ø  Knowledgeable in Project Development/Project Documentation

Ø  Knowledgeable in Feasibility Study/Market Research

Ø  At least one (1) year experience in Market Research and Feasibility preparation

Ø  With excellent research skills

Ø  Well verse in oral and written communication

Ø  Feasibility preparation

 

One (1) CLIENT OFFICER (SALES & MARKETING)

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Technology Major in Architectural Drafting or 2 years Architectural Drafting NC2

Ø  Preferably with experience on architectural drafting with AutoCAD and Sketch Up

Ø  Knowledgeable in designing and drawing using AutoCAD

Ø  Knowledgeable in creative designing of brochures, leaflets and flyers

Ø  Knowledgeable in construction production and cost estimation

Ø  With excellent customer service

Ø  Willingness to work on a flexible time with occasional overtime when needed.

BAJADA SITE OFFICE (BSO) – SPECIAL PROJECT

 

ONE (1) SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

Ø  Civil/Geodetic Engineering Degree (can be undergraduate)

Ø  Good in AutoCAD and able to prepare survey drawings/stake-out plans and As-built surveys.

Ø  Knowledgeable in interpreting data in determining position, shapes and elevations of geo and topo features.

Ø  At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field

Ø  Experienced with high-rise building construction and land development is an advantage

Ø  Well verse in using instrument and establishment of line and grade

Ø  Able to do high-rise construction staking and site layout

Ø  Able to interpret construction plans and mark-out/maintain reference points on site

 

ONE (1) CIVIL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

Ø  Graduate of Architecture/Civil Engineering and or Vocational Diploma

Ø  Knowledgeable in Building Code and Engineering Standard

Ø  Knowledgeable in drawing generation standards (symbols & presentation)

Ø  Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other software’s

Ø  At least two (2) years’ experience in technical drafting

Ø  Preferably experienced in high-rise construction

Ø  Able to generate structural details and site preparations

Ø  Has excellent time management skills

Ø  Good interpersonal skills and good ethics

Ø  Detail oriented and result oriented

 

TWO (2) MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

Ø  Graduate of Architecture/Mechanical Engineering and or Vocational Diploma

Ø  Knowledgeable in Building Code and Mechanical Code of the Philippines

Ø  Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other software’s

Ø  Knowledgeable in drawing generation standards

Ø  At least two (2) years’ experience in technical drafting (mechanical)

Ø  Preferably experienced in high-rise construction

Ø  Able to generate mechanical details plans

Ø  Has excellent time management skills

Ø  Good interpersonal skills and good ethics

Ø  Detail oriented and result oriented

 

TWO (2) ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN

Qualifications:

Ø  Graduate of Architecture/Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering and or Vocational Diploma

Ø  Knowledgeable in Building Code Standard and Philippine  Electrical Code

Ø  Knowledgeable in drawing generation standards (symbols and presentation)

Ø  Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other software’s

Ø  At least two (2) years’ experience in technical drafting (Electrical)

Ø  Preferably experienced in high-rise construction

Ø  Able to generate electrical details plans

Ø  Has excellent time management skills

Ø  Good interpersonal skills and good ethics

Ø  Detail oriented and result oriented

 

ONE (1) PLANNING AND CONTROL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Ø  Civil Engineer preferably PRC licensed

Ø  Well verse in Project Management software’s (Primavera/MS Project)

Ø  Familiar with Master Format and organizing WBS accordingly

Ø  At least two (2) years of working experience in related field.

Ø  Experienced with high-rise building construction is an advantage

Ø  Experienced to work with multiple projects is an advantage

Ø  Can prepare and administer  the overall Master Schedule or POW

Ø  Able to develop a manageable progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and progress report.

Ø  Able to prepare and present progress report

 

ONE (1) QAQC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Ø  Engineering graduate preferably PRC licensed

Ø  Good knowledge in Quality Management System

Ø  Knowledgeable in Engineering Standards and Codes including inspection and testing of requirements

Ø  At least two(2) years’ experience in building construction 

Ø  Experience in administering Quality Management System

Ø  Experience in multi-trade site inspection and surveillance

Ø  Able to prepare and review Construction Method Statement

Ø  Able to prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans

Ø  Good in inspection/testing and prepare QA/QC reports

With understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
